Modified core to not call deprecated functions sqlite3_memory_alarm() and sqlite3_transfer_bindings() by adding sqlite3MemoryAlarm() and sqlite3TransferBindings(). sqlite3_memory_alarm() and sqlite3_transfer_bindings() are now simple wrappers for the new functions.
